DESCRIPTION
Long steel profiles are often challenging to lift and move.
When using traditional profile clamps, they tend to sag dangerously, posing a real risk of accidents and damage to both operators and the surrounding environment.
Moreover, multiple operators are often required to transport long profiles. Additionally, loading (semi) automatic sawing machines can be problematic due to safety light curtains.
The HS electro permanent magnet traverses provide a safe solution by lifting the profile evenly and distributing uniform force across its length, preventing any sagging.
With the convenience of a remote control, a single operator can operate the magnet from a distance, increasing speed and significantly reducing the risk of accidents and injuries during transportation.

- Electronic control unit on board with following functions: PICK-UP/FULLMAG/SAFE/DEMAG/4 Level Power Selection/Module selection.
- Radio remote control for PICK-UP/FULLMAG/SAFE/DEMAG
- Proximity switch against accidental demagnetization in the Air.
- Lamp Block for indication of the status of the magnet.
