DESCRIPTION
HM5-Beams have been specifically designed to efficiently remove cut pieces, including any remaining material, from the cutting table in a single motion.
By doing so, they effectively reduce labor costs while significantly boosting productivity.
These magnetic beams consist of numerous electro permanent magnetic modules that are elastically suspended to ensure optimal contact with the workpiece.
To cater to the specific surface and cut pieces that need to be cleared, users can select the appropriate zone of magnetic modules.
Control of the HM5-Beams can be achieved either through the integrated digital push buttons or by utilizing the provided standard radio remote control.

- Welded beam made of structural steel S355, including Chains, and lifting Ring.
- Number of electro permanent magnetic Modules, elastically suspended, for perfect adaptation to the steel Sheet.

- High advanced SPC-system (System Performance Check)
- Depending on the dimensions of the zone to be unloaded, a corresponding number of magnetic modules can be selected via a 4-position switch.
- The PICK-UP cycle grants the safe lifting of a SINGLE steel Sheet.
- Landing detection system to avoid accidental demagnetisation in the Air.
