Magnetic Chucks for Milling Machines

DESCRIPTION

Electro-permanent magnet tables designed for milling machines feature square pole plates arranged in a chessboard pattern with alternating N/S poles.

Each magnetic pole at the center contains a threaded hole for attaching pole extensions.

There are two types of extensions: fixed and mobile.
Usually 3 fixed pole extensions are arranged in a triangular configuration, leaving the remaining space to be filled by mobile pole extensions.

These mobile extensions can adapt to the shape of the workpiece, allowing it to be clamped without tension.

This setup enables machining operations on five sides of the workpiece in a single setup, maximizing efficiency and reducing the need for repositioning.
