Competition rules – Win exclusive cycling outfit with MAGBAT-Europe at EUROBLECH 2024

1. Organization
   • The competition is organised by MAGBAT-Europe, as part of EUROBLECH 2024, which will take place from 22 to 25 October 2024.
   • The aim of the competition is to promote MAGBAT-Europe’s innovations in electro-permanent magnet technology.
     
     
2. Terms and conditions of participation
   • Participation in the competition is free and open to all visitors to EUROBLECH 2024.
   • Employees of MAGBAT-Europe and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
   • To participate, the participant must:
     • Visit the MAGBAT-Europe stand: Hall 17 Stand C22.
     • Scan the QR code available at the booth.
     • After scanning the QR code, filling in personal details and answering a number of questions about MAGBAT-Europe products via the participant form.
       
       
3. Personal data
   • When filling in the participation form, the following personal data will be requested:
     • Name
     • First name
     • Company industry
     • Function
     • Company
     • Telephone number
     • E-mail address
       
       
4. Questions
   • The participant must answer two questions to participate:
     • Q1: How many models are in the standard HBEP series?
     • Tiebreaker question: How many correct entries do we expect to have received at the end of the day?
       
       
5. Contest Period
   • The competition will take place daily throughout EUROBLECH 2024, from 22 to 25 October, with a new draw every day.
   • Each day, 3 winners will be chosen based on the correct answer to the question and the best approximation of the tiebreaker question.
     
     
6. Selection of winners
   • The winners will be chosen at random from the participants who answered the main question correctly. If there are multiple correct answers, the person who answers the tiebreaker question best will be chosen.
   • 3 winners will be selected each day.
   • The names of the winners will be announced daily on the MAGBAT-Europe LinkedIn page.
     
     
7. Prices
   • Each winner will receive exclusive high-quality cycling equipment.
   • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
     
     
8. Announcement and Use of Winner Content
   • Winners will be notified personally via the contact details they have provided.
   • By participating in the competition, the winners give permission that their name, images and any other content may be publicly published and distributed via the various (online) channels of MAGBAT-Europe, including social media, the website and other promotional channels.
   • Winners will not be entitled to any compensation for the use of this content.
     
     
9. Data protection and use of data
   • Contest entrants agree that their contact details will be used for the administration of the contest.
   • By participating in the competition, participants consent to the use of the contact information provided to send updates and promotional information about MAGBAT-Europe’s products, services and future events. Participants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails or by contacting us.
   • MAGBAT-Europe will not share the data of the participants with third parties without the consent of the participant.
     
     
10. Liability
    • MAGBAT-Europe shall not be liable for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participation in the contest or the awarding or use of any prize.
      
      
11. Agreement
    • By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to these competition rules.
