Working Principle

TECHNOLOGY

DEMAGNETISED

1. The electromagnetic coil is energized for 0.5 seconds.
2. The polarity of the AlNiCo magnet is reversed.
3. The Neodymium and AlNiCo magnet become unipolar.
4. The magnetic flux runs from the pole surface across the mould clamping plate, clamping the mould.

MAGNETISED

1. The electromagnetic coil is energized for 0.5 seconds.
2. The polarity of the AlNiCo magnet is reversed.
3. The magnetic flux circuit runs internally in the magnet plate, with the mould no longer clamped.
